a. This offer is valid for the below QNB Life Rewards credit card type:

b. The offer is valid for purchases made at That’s Living, in store and online, where the transaction will be identified based on Merchant and Terminal ID provided by That’s Living Qatar.

c. The bonus Life Rewards points will be rewarded based on the card type used and it will be credited by 31 July 2025.

d. This offer is valid for QNB staff.

e. There is no cash alternative to the campaign’s rewards.

f. QNB shall not be responsible or liable for any system failure, product variation, cancelation, additional fees incurred or service quality provided by That’s Living and/or its partners.

g. QNB shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to continue this offer, as result of any “Force Majeure Event”. “Force Majeure Event”, in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of QNB including amongst other things, strikes and other industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or supra national bodies or authorities in any jurisdiction and any transport, port or air disruption, acts of God, hurricane, tornado, and other weather conditions, strike, lockout or other industrial disturbance, war, riot, sabotage, act of public enemy, terrorist act or gang violence, flood or other natural disaster. In such circumstances, QNB’s obligation to the eligible persons shall automatically stand discharged without necessity to provide notice.

h. QNB will be entitled on its sole discretion and without providing prior notice to change or modify or cancel any of the terms of this campaign or terminate it without liability, after obtaining MOCI’s approval.

i. All other terms and conditions shall refer to Life Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

j. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar; and the Qatari courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any dispute arising from or in relation whatsoever.
